Single Family Home(s) and a Warehouse in Alamogordo, New Mexico

by a New Licensee

I spent 3 hours on a Monday morning with Roger, Cole and Mike building a jig to fabricate 'All Wall' and also,

training them to manufacture using what I call the "3rd World Method" of construction.

During this first week they tried different tools, organized the manufacturing area, built a tent until they could take time to build the warehouse walls with All Wall, Roger installed the vertical saw, they all built wall panels, started improving on what I taught them and by the end of work on Friday had built all the wall panels for a 1300 SF home.

They put in a couple of hours on Saturday with me so I could train them to install.

After they built ONE wall that has every type 'All Wall' panel for any home anyone could ever build,

they let me know they GOT IT and bid me a farewell and they rode off into the sunset.

This is their first wall.

It has been 4 weeks since I left them. They have reduced the 'labor cost to manufacture' by 80%, built three(3)-1,300 sf homes (manufactured and installed), built a 3,500 sf warehouse with 12' tall walls (installed) and have improved on the jig I showed them how to build.

I'm like a proud Papa!!

70% better than code

e-ratio determined from testing and state certified formulas, for this home,

shows it to be 57% better than code, so why is it performing better?

The answer is:

The All Wall System offers DBMS (Dynamic Benefit of Mass System)

where concrete is in direct contact with the Interior living area,

see the Dept of Energy's web site to understand that the way the All Wall System is constructed is

Better than all 16 wall systems tested!!
